Items in new, resalable condition can be returned
within 30 days for all full refund. Shipping charges are not
refundable. Close-out and sale items are also not refundable. For
instructions on returning your product please email SaveBig@ValuePetMart.com; upon receipt of your approved return you will receive credit to the
credit card used for purchase within 7 days. Returns received without
prior authorization will not receive credit or return shipment.
Should a determination be made that your
product is not in like new, resalable condition you will not receive
credit and may have the product returned at your expense.
Warranty
Should you experience a defect with any ValuePetMart.com product just send us an email
with the nature of the problem (please include your order/invoice
number). Defective products receive shipment of a replacement product
with a prepaid return package for the defective item.
